The Princess Grace private hospital have developed an IPhone app aimed at GPs and other medical professionals. Allowing the to search for consultants and book appointments from the palm of your hand!
PGDoctor is a fast and easy way for GPs to find specialists and refer patients to The Princess Grace private hospital - a 110 bed, acute care hospital situated in the heart of London's medical district in W1.
PGDoctor gives access to a database of more than 200 consultants across approximately 80 medical specialties. You can search by specialty, consultant or key word and PGDoctor quickly provides a list of specialists who currently treat private patients at The Princess Grace Hospital. Search results also include the NHS post, details of special interests and contact details.
The app also includes a fast link to the Princess Grace centralized appointment facility, HCA Connect and also to the hospital's Urgent Care Centre for medical emergencies and admissions 365 days a year.
Please note that this application uses HCA's data of consultants with practicing privileges at The Princess Grace Hospital and only selected consultants will appear in the search results.
